  Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient — just across the street from Black Dragon Pool, close to the old town, and already within the pick-up area for local tours. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We had to depart very early in the morning, and they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

  Hotel location is convenient. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. There’s a free afternoon tea and complimentary transfer to the train station. Can see jade dragon snow mountain from the room!

  I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lijiang. The reception staff, especially Liang Jingru, was incredibly kind. He was always ready to help us, even carrying our bags. When I left something behind at the hotel, he kindly offered to send it to our next destination. The room was also upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions, and everything was spotless. the hotel facilities were excellent—everything was modern and comfortable. The breakfast provided had a great variety, including options that is muslim friendly. Every interaction we had was warm, and the staff was always attentive. Even got a gift during check out. Overall, it made the whole trip so much more enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again!
