Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient — just across the street from Black Dragon Pool, close to the old town, and already within the pick-up area for local tours.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We had to depart very early in the morning, and they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which we really appreciated.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is convenient. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. There’s a free afternoon tea and complimentary transfer to the train station. Can see jade dragon snow mountain from the room!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lijiang. The reception staff, especially Liang Jingru, was incredibly kind. He was always ready to help us, even carrying our bags. When I left something behind at the hotel, he kindly offered to send it to our next destination. The room was also upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions, and everything was spotless. the hotel facilities were excellent—everything was modern and comfortable. The breakfast provided had a great variety, including options that is muslim friendly. Every interaction we had was warm, and the staff was always attentive. Even got a gift during check out. Overall, it made the whole trip so much more enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again!

Got a free upgrade to a lake-view room, which was a lovely surprise. The room came with a Laifen hairdryer, and they even provided fresh milk before bedtime—such a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was also Muslim-friendly. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful stay. Will definitely come back again for their hospitality! High recommended????

the service was really good and the staffs was reallyakind, they’ll provide what we asked and at the last day when we dont have time for breakfast they packed some snacks and milk for us to eat in our next journey.

酒店地理位置超级赞，步行可达丽江古城。服务人员梁静茹也非常贴心、细致，热情周到，办理入住帮我们撑伞拿行李，酒店前台的姜茶和果茶也非常贴心好喝。整体入住感觉非常不错。
餐厅还可以看到玉龙雪山，简直太赞了

From the time we stepped into the hotel till we leave, we were impressed with the warm hospitality and service of the staff. We were greeted with tea at the lobby while checking in and soon after were presented with a plate of freshly cut fruits, warm egg tarts and hot roasted rose tea. Breakfast had a good spread of food and the most amazing was the view of the jade dragon snow mountain from the breakfast area. The famous heilong tan is also just across the road and the hotel is also a short 15 to 20min walk to the Lijiang ancient town. Will definitely be back if we visit Lijiang again.
