前台给升级了套房，很大很乾净，浴缸??很好用。空调也非常暖和，因为去的几天正好下雨。环境没得説，就像在花园！！花花草草特别美，也很安静。

酒店相当好看，爱丽丝花园很漂亮，雪山店能看到玉龙雪山，赠送的下午茶也很棒，酒店房间乾净并且很有民族风情，总之是很棒的一次住宿

好幸运升级到了溪田悦上的爱丽丝分店，环境非常漂亮，很有度假的感觉，还有一对一的管家服务，管家小凡很贴心每天都会询问入住体验，告诉他枕头我睡不习惯他很多就为我带了记忆枕，好喜欢这个酒店，有机会再来丽江也会选他们家
