She handled all my queries with remarkable promptness, ensuring that every detail of my stay was seamless. Beyond her efficiency, Elin went above and beyond by providing invaluable travel advice. Her insider recommendations allowed me to navigate the local culture and scenery like seasoned travellers. Banyan Tree Lijiang is a stunning property with sumptuous treats, but it is dedicated and passionate staff like Elin who turn a great vacation into an unforgettable memory.   丽江老牌酒店还是很满意的 比专门看雪山酒店舒服很多 价格也比那边便宜 纪念日过来玩两天 管家Abby安排得很好 送的蜜月蛋糕要比其他很多五六星级的酒店都要好有诚意 吃起来口感就知道了 还有红酒 晚上还帮忙在房间准备了足浴 入住酒店送的spa体验也好 就是可惜玩不了几天 没能连续住几晚 下次来再继续住

  环境：悦榕庄还是悦榕庄，哪怕是20年的悦榕庄 服务： 服务非常周到，尤其是管家Elin， 热情周到响应迅速；西餐厅的服务也是非常棒 设施：比较老但维护的不错 旅拍：尽管天公不做美，雨天没有拍到雪山，不过依然拍到了心仪的照片 衞生： 总体不错，但如能更加仔细并提高就更好啦 唯一遗憾是按摩池不是温泉，丽江大概没温泉吧，否则就完美了

  房间超级大，家庭入住4人很适合。躺在床上就可以看见玉龙雪山，酒店里的环境优美，服务人员专业。早餐很不错，特别是铜锅米线！
