My stay at Banyan Tree Lijiang was a much needed respite from the buzz and busyness. Nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the resort seamlessly blends traditional Naxi architecture with luxurious comfort, offering a serene escape from the everyday hustle.
What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional service, most notably from Elin. From the moment I arrived, her warm hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. She handled all my queries with remarkable promptness, ensuring that every detail of my stay was seamless.
Beyond her efficiency, Elin went above and beyond by providing invaluable travel advice. Her insider recommendations allowed me to navigate the local culture and scenery like seasoned travellers.
Banyan Tree Lijiang is a stunning property with sumptuous treats, but it is dedicated and passionate staff like Elin who turn a great vacation into an unforgettable memory. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism, ensuring that my needs are met and I am safe in a foreign land.

丽江老牌酒店还是很满意的 比专门看雪山酒店舒服很多 价格也比那边便宜 纪念日过来玩两天 管家Abby安排得很好 送的蜜月蛋糕要比其他很多五六星级的酒店都要好有诚意 吃起来口感就知道了 还有红酒 晚上还帮忙在房间准备了足浴 入住酒店送的spa体验也好 就是可惜玩不了几天 没能连续住几晚 下次来再继续住

环境：悦榕庄还是悦榕庄，哪怕是20年的悦榕庄
服务： 服务非常周到，尤其是管家Elin， 热情周到响应迅速；西餐厅的服务也是非常棒
设施：比较老但维护的不错
旅拍：尽管天公不做美，雨天没有拍到雪山，不过依然拍到了心仪的照片
衞生： 总体不错，但如能更加仔细并提高就更好啦
唯一遗憾是按摩池不是温泉，丽江大概没温泉吧，否则就完美了

房间超级大，家庭入住4人很适合。躺在床上就可以看见玉龙雪山，酒店里的环境优美，服务人员专业。早餐很不错，特别是铜锅米线！

The location is nearby the ancient city, staff is friendly and with superb view. During our check-in, Abby Hu who helped to process our check-in made us felt welcome and even helped to upgrade our room without us asking. Elin Zhou from the concierge team was super helpful, always there to help with all the requests be it in the early morning or late night. Bravo to the Bayan Tree team!

环境不错，酒店建筑比较特色，院子就能看到雪山，酒店有旅拍服务，拍照也很出片，拍摄加选片大概2小时搞定就能拿到照片，点赞

住过好几家悦榕庄，丽江悦榕庄给予我深刻印象，极有好感。 管家胡心梦给到极大的帮助，满足我们的愿望，所有安排非常满意和感谢。
另外酒店餐厅的菜品和服务也相当棒，特别是早餐时候的服务员Fancy和小和，积极主动周到。
总之虽然我们只住了一晚，但是丽江悦榕庄给到我们夫妻很好很温暖的体验感。

首次入住丽江悦榕庄酒店。入住体验超级满意！酒店位置便利，环境乾净整洁，房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，睡得特别安稳。
前台服务房间管家Abby首次接待我们穿着纳西族服饰特别漂亮，态度热情温柔贴心，办理入住快捷高效，有需求响应及时。衞生打扫细致到位，设施齐全好用，早餐种类丰富、味道很棒。整体性价比超高，温馨又舒心，下次出行还会选择这家，强烈推荐！
