有蟑螂！前台服务员没有基本的服务态度。我在办理住房时一个让我拿身分证办理入房手续。还有一位让我去签押金单我有分身？一起拿过来不就行。还是帮我办理的姐姐让她拿过来的。不然她还等我去她那里签呢。也是醉了。这是第二次住。第一次前台跟我欠她钱一样，基本素养都被吃了吗？
