垃圾酒店，第一次预定就让人气愤不已！！这次帮客人预订了两个房间，提前半天我去刷了预授权支付房费，结果等客人去的时候，被告知没有支付房费，我不知道当天白天上班的服务员是怎么回事？后来打电话投诉到艺龙，对方才说自己弄错了订单，从头到尾没有一个电话打来道歉，这种酒店我劝大家不要住了，住的一肚子火！！！帮客人预订还丢了脸，真的是垃圾！这条希望酒店经理能看到，好好管管当班的服务员！操作不来就不要在酒店上班，酒店生意都被你给毁了！。。。这次评论我也不会匿名，订单上有我的手机号码，我也不介意你们打来核实情况，真的是垃圾！
