4.15号入住，白天温度接近30度！晚上入睡后感觉热，睡不着，空调不凉，打前台询问，告知冷空调还未启用，可以送风扇过来，因有2小孩住一起，担心感冒，不敢用风扇！后给我们免费升级换房，结果一进房间，气味冲鼻，马上又打前台协调，那时已近晚上10:30！前台说让人看看，乌漆麻黑的站在外面等了近20分钟，2小孩都等怕了，服务员才到，又带我们换了房！五星级酒店，这办事效率还是有待提高啊！

酒店真心赞👍，洗手间超大，服务也很好，酒店群山环绕，装修很新，有很多小朋友玩。早餐一般，品类不多，小孩还要半价有点不开心。这个价位的酒店早餐不该这么差。
