这卫生状况有待提高，床单枕头感觉是睡过的，没有换，很多头发，还有睡过的痕迹，电话让总台送一个干净床单跟枕头套，我自己垫下，总台说服务员下班了，没有人送也没有地方拿这些东西，没办法我穿着衣服睡了一晚，枕头没用，早上起来都落枕了
