极冷的天，居然没有热水洗澡，说是管子坏了，第二天早上可以洗澡，结果早上起来，连冷水都没有了，最后用矿泉水刷了个牙，也没有服务人员前来道歉或解释，被子也有股烟臭味，住宿感觉极差，以后决不会选择。
