此差评不是针对酒店，而是同程艺龙。最最最最失败的一次订房体验，我8月11号下的单，16号17号入住两晚。当天抵达酒店后，酒店居然没有我们的订单，让我们自己联系同程，那叫一个无语，连同朋友两家人就这样被拒之。没办只能联系同程旅游客服，说尽快帮我们处理。期间给旅游顾问打电话寻求帮助，居然说她只负责旅游，不负责住宿这一块，这**真失望啊！一向比较信赖本土的旅游网，这次彻底失望至极。后来同程艺龙客服回电话来，那叫一个生硬死板，一点歉意都没有，像是我的错一样，很牛掰，工号51876，我说要投诉，她说她就是投诉部门，我说转你们的值班经理，她居然说转不了。很无语也很无奈。这就是苏州本土的旅游服务，不会再选择支持。就此别过吧！失望失望非常失望！
