本来订好了的房间，到前台却告知没房了，同样的房要加价才能住，本来以为就我一个人是这样，结果后面来了二起客人都是我这一样的情况，面对客人的质疑前台一幅你爱住不住的样子，不理你。半夜十二点了无奈大家都只有加价入住了，
