酒店房间还算大，但没有停车位，天气很冷酒店却不开空调，前台服务人员态度很不好，话没说话就挂断电话，房间里热水也不热，有个房间地漏还是坏的，唯一让人觉得心里温暖的是保安大哥人不错，帮着疏通下水道，帮着指挥大家停车。

房间挺大的，但是酒店的服务很不好，那几天下雨，温度只有17度，酒店却不开空调，打电话咨询客房服务人员，态度很不好，话还没说完就直接挂断了电话，让老人和小孩住起来很不适应。一个所谓三星级的酒店也没有早餐，也没有停车位。
