酒店装修年头较长，地理位置好，前台接待服务还好，叫小雨点姑娘服务热情，主动告诉退房时间，楼层服务人员客房卫生人员态度很好，不知道酒店有无行李生，没有可以理解，有的话需要加强培训，作为同行，希望，注重服务细节，像家里来客人一样接待，介绍鞍山旅游攻略，中餐厅菜品可口受到客人好评，希望酒店越来越好

早餐肯定一般啦，节日期间人巨多，主要是因为便宜，有停车场，建议地面停车，地下停车场需要走楼梯走上来，如迷宫一般，地理位置一流，楼下就是人民公园，附近吃喝玩乐应有尽有，所有的一切都因为价格超级便宜的缘故，变得很超值，挂牌五星设施老些，服务不降档啊，需要创可贴都给提供了，各方面都显得很专业，建议入住

位置很好位于市中心交通很方便 可以看到鞍山夜景 前台服务人员态度非常好 也很热情的接待了我们 还帮我们拿了很多行李上楼 房间没有异味设施齐全非常干净 早餐丰富 价位也很实惠 非常值得推荐

性价比很高的酒店，能看出以前的辉煌，不过现在也不错，由于疫情，早餐给送到屋内，正餐吃的自带的自热米饭，呵呵。反正服务很好，离火车站不远，推荐。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。一楼还有卖服装的，服装态度很好，价钱也合理，不用去大商场也一样能买到中意的衣服。总体性价比不错，下次还要入住
