五星级的酒店房间还不如快捷酒店，房间设施太旧基本都是坏的灯都打不开，浴巾毛巾都很旧了全是毛边，这么冷的天热水基本可以说是没有，澡都洗不了，打电话问说是水要一直放，这不是浪费水吗，放了半小时水只是温的，最多30℃不到，早餐也不行基本没什么吃的，硬件软件太差，但是人员服务还是可以的前台接待很热情。

酒店还可以吧 鞍山最好的酒店了 但是有点旧 服务有点差 去的时候孩子没地方住加了一半价钱加的床 铺床单的还要我等 等吃完饭再来 好吧人家也要吃饭我们理解 但是她的态度非常不好 告诉我我得吃完饭过去你们催什么…不是计较的人后来也没投诉 希望酒店能对员工再好好培训一下 最基本的礼貌就是好好说话
