鞍山比较老的五星酒店，位置好，去市内各处打车很方便，周围吃饭饭店也多。酒店设施很旧了，空调声音也很大，洗浴用品就是快捷酒店水平，毛巾都板结该换了。客房服务还行，知道征求客人意见，也送了水果。但入住一天200多的房费，预授权竟然刷1000元，前台还理直气壮说：明天就还你了！酒店业对预受扣款是有比例明确规定的，这点五环酒店涉嫌违规。
