房间打开一股烟味味，窗户不能打开。要求换房，前台不同意，说让服务员来开窗，到离开服务员都没有出现。卫生间墙角都是霉癍，热水压力很大。造成喷淋的盖子两次弹出来。很危险！早餐很一般般。服务员全程没笑脸！
