服务员态度极差，打电话给前台问一下路就只会支支吾吾说往上走。拜托，大夏天的，往上走是往哪里走，态度极其恶劣，嚣张。还扬言你随便投诉好了，没用的，我不怕之类的。大家要小心

酒店位置好，离景区售票口和客运站都近，对面就是美食街，出行吃饭购物都便利。酒店应是原有酒店重新装修后新开业的，名字也改了。设施很新，房间宽敞干净安静，印象最深的是智能节电装置，洗手间人进去会自动亮灯，人离去自动灭灯，看起来很先进，但体验并不好。如进去灯一亮总会发出声响，夜深人静时会吓到人。还有亮灯主要靠声音驱动，过一阵子沒有声音会自动灭灯。经常在上厕所中间突然灭了灯，靠跺脚才重新亮灯。洒店本身没有厨房和餐厅，早点应是在外采购回来，品种当然就不够丰富，就餐的地方较狭小。酒店给我的总体感觉还是相当不错的，值得推荐！
