酒店，誠信是最重要和基本的，因為人和財物都在房間裡，但這酒令我反感，明明在電梯裡，寫明有6至8人的中餐套餐，到了六樓問餐廳經理，硬說不知道和沒有，必須單點菜，難道員工和經理是瞎的？房間空調很悶熱，不能自已調，要打電話到總台才把溫度調低一點。只有露天停車場，不相信是一所五星酒店。

温泉目前还没有开，酒店提供报刊杂志，商务中心没有特别关注，觉得酒店酒店前台经理非常热心，主动关心客户的需求，并给予解决；我们在6楼餐厅等餐时间长要求回房间等居然要收额外的服务费，觉得不合理，餐厅的服务意识需要进一步加强！
