没有游泳馆，酒店还没完全竣工，温泉酒店也没有温泉。大堂及房间装修很棒，很有品味。但是作为度假酒店还是差一点

住了两次，都是都是晚上十一点半带着老人小孩换房，好多房间有问题，不是空调不好，就是是水小，打电话叫了一个多小时，催了三次才慢慢的来，然后早餐还喝到过期牛奶，携商给予补偿，然后给注册了他们酒店温德姆集团的会员，然后给了两倍积分，说是能用积分加少量现金兑换房间，去网站看了以后，只有三百块的快捷要再付一百多，你们想想现在什么年代了，还用得着你们网站订房？没诚意，有了错误不能正确担当，把客人当傻瓜，说实话，在你们前两天我在丽江住的洲际，价位比你们就贵了三百多，服务比你们好几倍了，你们的价位不比洲际，万豪的便宜，但管和诚恳比洲际差远了！也就是在你们当地的装修档次豪华点，其他的不值那个价

贵州之行住的最好的酒店，装修用心，很有民族特色，细节精致。客房舒适，卫生间虽没干湿分区，但很方便，卫浴用品齐全。服务人员态度热情，自助餐厅不错。性价比超高
