酒店的位置很好，离票务中心很近，都是别墅式的房间，我们住的房间非常安静，酒店还有露天游泳池，环境超赞，是来黄果树旅游很好的一个选择！

酒店环境整体还是不错的。有三个问题体验差。1.酒店预订中酒店前台处理不专业，未发送预订信息给客人，还搞错房间类型。2.房间电视信收看时卡顿甚至通信中断。3.另外接送电瓶车服务人员不专业，未接到人也不电话联系就走了，很差。
