旺季入住，房间还不错。服务员找不到，打了几次电话无人接听，所以放弃了。其它的餐厅和前台的服务都挺好。早餐粗糙了点，中餐厅味道不错，米饭不好。离景区近酒店有车送到景区挺好，但是没有送回来的车，所以游玩景区回来很麻烦

因日程安排关系，早上10点办理入住酒店，担心没房，运气不错，刚好剩一间空房，顺利入住。
酒店周边环境一流，基本都是独栋别墅。
服务热情，全程由小哥开电动车送往房间。
自助早餐品种丰富，泳池旁边的餐厅还不错。
特别要感谢的是，晚餐将背包忘餐厅了，早上才想起来，担心早上退房等不到餐厅开门。
问前台，原来餐厅打烊后，已将背包交总台，再次表示感谢！

离景区比较近，主要是有景区车直接从酒店坐到大瀑布，非常方便，早餐品种丰富，就是暑期人太多。住宿再别墅群中，得搬箱子上楼梯。

我们是整栋别墅租的，其实，不算是别墅，就是整栋楼租住，因为四个家庭出游想住一起孩子玩得开心点。不过，还是单独订套房会划算，这样一栋7个房间，不是我们要的那种别墅感觉。但是设施齐全，离黄果树瀑布景区入口只有1.5公里，非常方便！
