垃圾酒店！一辈子没住过这样的酒店。自己打不出来发票，竟然邮寄要到付！又老又破的酒店，还是星级的，怎么评的！！！！

4星级？我就呵呵了！还没办理入住就感觉被坑了。说是有停车场，到了那里打电话到前台询问，说的他们停车位有限必须要办理入住才可以停，关键是我要把车停了才可以去办理入住啊！我醉了。前台服务员帮我办理入住一直都是坐着的，不是说好的微笑服务的吗？空调不热，说是中央空调不热是正常的。不知道是不是因为携程订的房还是什么原因，酒店服务真的不怎么样。

凯旋是安顺的老牌酒店了，设施非常陈旧，房间内灯光昏暗，关键是明明订的豪标，服务员安排我到了豪标然后又说安排错了，接着把我换到普通标间，其实就是有没有电脑的差别，后来打电话和前台沟通半天又要求我回到第一次安排的房间（豪标）鉴于那个房间灯光暗到不行又没有可以换的豪标，最后只好花豪标的钱住了普标，前台人员的业务能力真的有待提高，和同价位的酒店比起来这里差了不止一点点啊！以后坚决不去了！

很少评论酒店，绝对的差评加差评，水龙头是坏的，就像流口水，空调没开，问酒店，在修理，零下两度啊，问酒店加床被子，说拿去洗了，没有。。。衣服没脱就睡了，刚睡下还**停电了，停电了，停电啊，这是酒店么。。。比路边招待所还差，还要四百多，要四十都不值，再也不会去住了，网上的4.5分好评怎么来的，你们是淘宝么，还会刷。。。
