硬件设施和服务都很差，大堂和房间昏暗无比，房间与隔壁有一扇门居然是用凹凸不平的垫子分隔的，电话机是坏的、电吹风是坏的、淋浴房的水下不去，请服务员送几个衣架，竟然回答说没办法，早餐品种更是寥寥无几，没什么可吃的，餐桌上也脏兮兮的，服务员在玩手机、闲聊...，前台墙上还挂了个四星级的牌子，若不是假的那真不知道是怎么混到的了。从没住过这么差的＂酒店＂，也从未写过这么长的评价，但这次不得不给个差评，以免更多人上当。

这个酒店是老四星，设施陈旧，窗户不能开也不能关，窗帘都是掉下来的，卫生间臭，唯独大堂看上去还不错，服务态度蛮好，早餐也还不错，性价比高。

坐11路公交车到南马广场站下，向左拐就能看到酒店了，位置好，交通方便。但酒店设施陈旧不合理，我住的房间应该是套房改的，一扇门和隔壁相连，虽然封死了，但容易使人误会是自己房间里的门。一张贵妃椅放在房间的凸出来的位置，被床堵住了，进不去。房间里的灯开关都坏了，更令人抓狂的是广场播的地方歌曲吵到晚上12点左右，声音单调高亢重复。

由于是家庭出行才选择这家有三人房的酒店。吐槽的地方太多了，位置不好，广场舞太吵，酒店设施太老旧，窗帘破损，马桶盖松动立不稳，无电话机，早餐环境非常一般，人员管理是有问题的，员工之间在厨房耍小性子。好像快经营不下去了的样子。唯一值得肯定的是客房和前台服务人员，态度非常好。
