  三千一晚的乡村酒店，体验却像廉价旅馆极度失望的入住经历！欺诈消费，服务为零！ 小红书广告铺天盖地，这辈子没住过这么离谱、这么欺骗消费者的黑心酒店！三千块一晚，在一个县级城市。 首先説位置偏僻，周边配套为零： 酒店位于二道白河附近的乡村地带，周围没有任何商业设施，连便利店都需要驱车数公里。晚上酒店外连一盏路灯都没有，伸手不见五指毫不夸张，非自驾游客，出行极为不便。 房间硬件与用品廉价感明显，房间内的床品、洗浴用品、质感都非常普通，完全不符合三千元每晚的定位。洗浴用品就是淘宝二十几块一大瓶的沐浴液，与宣传中的“高端”“度假”形象严重不符。 最最最恶心的是房间没有窗户，门被封死！ 我第一时间质问管家，对方竟理直气壮地説：“我们所有房间都没有窗户。”三千元一晚，在乡下，住一个连窗户都没有的封闭空间？现在冬天门封死是为了不透风。我再问怎么换气有没有新风系统，管家都不知道什么是新风。当晚想退房，管家一句你想退在平台上退就行，东北晚上又冷天又黑，朋友劝我不要折腾了。 最后提到服务我就火大！所谓的“管家”，唯一的“服务”就是告诉我没窗户是正常的，以及“想退款可以找平台退”。高铁站接送服务？其他什么服务，管家全程提都未提，问都未问。还是第二天还是包车的司机主动来接我们送到高铁站。承诺的服务不提供，态度冷漠、推卸责任，是这家酒店员工的统一标签。完全没办法跟前几天住的皇冠、蓝景比。 整个体验就是：用顶级度假村的价格，享受比城中村招待所还差的待遇！
