  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

  早餐是中餐，有停车场，设施还算齐全吧！房间面积太小，都没有放置行李箱的地方，这点很麻烦！前台就一个服务员，人一多，明显回答问题就比较不耐烦，在我们之后办理入住的给升级了，我们一家有老有小也没享受升级待遇，也不知道根据啥给升级，这点也是不太满意，就这样吧，同样的价位，我还是觉得之前住过的金水鹤更好一些

  酒店设施和服务都是星级的，前台还帮着开好卡给升级了豪华房，早餐也可以，因为人少没开自助，但也是管够吃。整体非常舒适，去长白二道白河这个是真心推荐！

  路过白河暂停留一晚，鑫达莱给我留下一个美好回忆，从前台到保洁到接站的师傅都热情礼貌，房间非常干净，也充满朝鲜族风情
