服务好，多扣了我三十块我也没留意，然后打电话给我，主动加微信把钱退给我，我落下吊坠在房间也及时打电话给我领回，服务真的很周到了

酒店唯一优点是位置好，就在湿地边，楼下吃的很多。喟然硬件比较好，但是管理有问题，如保洁与客人争用电梯，房间和大楼估计是边区乡下人多，有人吸烟，不太干净，楼里和房间都有异味。早餐很差，不及三星商务酒店，与其挂四星完全不符。
