9月初在同程旅游付款订房，10月1一5日住了4晚，最后退房时酒店服务员又收一次房款，第二天同程旅游以为我没入住，如数退还房款。这酒店地理位置优越，在龙潭湿地公园对面，交通便利，酒店设施良好，但国庆入住人很多，3台电梯不够23层楼的客人运营。早餐几乎天天一样，品种少简单，只够吃饱。但晚餐出品很好，云集了靖西的特色美食，令人印象深刻。有机会还会再来。

这酒店的电梯简直差到极点了，二十三层，只有三部电梯，早餐下去需要二十分钟，从来没住过这样的四星级酒店。酒店硬件设施已经旧了，毛巾等物品更是不舒服，完全达不到四星。
