They messed up my booking and tried to “upgrade” me and a colleague from two separate rooms to 1x 2 bedroom. Took them an hour to just get our original booking sorted. Some of the dishes were dirty, very limited amenities. The gym is a couple dumbbells and a hula hoop.

Everything its good. Only breakfast very few item xhoose and no hot. I suggest give few kind of choose like egg ham bacon with egg n ibstant cook. Hot and good for guest. Better than not many choose and waate food if guest no eat

Everything was as good and usual as per my every stay in this Hotel. However, during my last stay, I was shocked to find that 1 of the two bath towel in the bathe room was stained with dried red stains either, blood, wine, or..... I called the reception to complain, they apologized immediately and got their housekeeping staff to delivery new fresh bath towel.

Always my preferred option to stay whenever I’m back to BKK. Feel like home. The only issue that I had this trip is the wifi. The connection is weak and slow, would be good if this can be improved.

Location and size of the apartment (we booked a 3 bedroom apartment) was excellent! The apartment was very clean and the cleaning stuff always polite and kind. The swimming pool is not very big but still easy to enjoy in an hot Bangkok afternoon. They must renew the bath and swimming pool towels because they are outrageously outdated and looking very bad. The breakfast was one of the worst of my breakfast hotel experiences. I am not a picky eater but the coffee was horrible and the fruits not fresh at all! Again overall we had a nice experience but with few adjustments this Oakwood residence will be a place where to go back.

very well located in the middle of the city ,I am very enjoying to stay restaurants and bars it’s just nearby people here very lovely the staff are helpful and room is super clean. I will come back again!

The hotel itself was decent. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfy and I loved the illumination on the wardrobe. But, lighting was not great at all so wasn’t too great to do make up. However, there was a nice dresser table with a mirror. The TV was big, easy to use and had English shows which was nice!
The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures but was still pretty cool. On the other hand, the gym was amazing! Lots of great equipment and good options.
The hotel is situated by the main road and about 25/30mins drive from BKK (up to 45mins drive -depends on traffic). There is a BTS station about 15min walk away which gives great access to stations where you can see the famous malls and landmarks.
The staff that clean the rooms are really really lovely and they always check in on you, which was so nice. We got fresh towels and water everyday. The desk staff on the other hard were more curt but not bad at all.
There is a 7/11 near by which was nice.
Please note, this is a completely SMOKE -free hotel. You CANNOT smoke on the balcony, they tell you this when you check in , but would have been nice if they signposted this on the booking page/policies.
