We went to this hotel with friends for the second time. We chose this hotel because of the pool and the views from it. However, upon arrival it turned out that the area by the pool was booked by some group and other guests were not allowed there. Very disappointed, I will not choose this hotel again.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool has a nice view. Everything is fine, but they should pay more attention to the maintenance. So many things can be fixed, and nobody cares. One empty beer bottle was four days close to the pool, some parts of the floor are broken, stairs to the pool are not like real stairs, but kind of improvisation. If they start to pay attention to the details, the hotel would be better.

Shame to call it a 4star hotel, 2.5 max, dirty, cockroaches in the rooms, not renovated, with no style at all, the cheapest worn out mattresses, terrible smell, and the worst of all is the attitude! 1st time in my life I did not finish my stay, did not get a refund btw, just lost the money. When I asked via trip.com to cxl my booking and refund 2 nights because I didn’t feel comfortable, they just refused, do you think anyone contacted me to ask why? Of course no! It’s a Chinese place in its worst. If you want to experience Thai friendliness and hospitality don’t go to this sh***y place ever!
PS the curtains on a picture, faded because of the sun, 4 star hotel you say? How do you like the sofa at the entrance?

位置不错，价格合理，出门吃饭方便，排挡实惠，7.11有很多家，按摩店附近也有很多家，房间和经济型酒店差不多，前台服务人员能微笑服务更好了

订这家酒店的时候最看重的是顶楼泳池，伴下午去真的很美，可以看落日。
这家店好多中国人住，感觉很有安全感。
出门很多马杀**，还有当地那种小吃街。很方便

房间里有小蟑螂！床巨软，一屁股坐下我都吓了一跳，7楼的楼梯很陡，转角这个我被绊倒了两次，最后一次脚疼的不敢走，第二天还要转机，崩溃??
