I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of all aspects of this hotel, like many other hotels in Bangkok, the entranceway seems small...but then.
Up to the seventh floor, excellent.
Reception was efficient, courteous and spoke enough English for me to be comfortable.
The room was 4.5 ? at least, no balcony...but on the 15th floor, I don't expect one.
Breakfast was good, had the lot, Eastern, Western and lots in between.
Great spot to stop for a night or two, highly recommend it.

Good service upon exiting from lift at level 7. Quick check in over at counter. Staffs were friendly and always with a smile.
Staff accompany to our room with our luggage and brief explanation of the room.
Room and washroom is clean and tidy with all necessary items.
Location is great and just opposite platinum mall. Easy access via bridge as well as to other malls.

Booked 2 rooms for 3d2n. A strategic location for those who is planning for shopping ard the area. Process for check-in is fast and the rooms were big. They also provide luggage storage after check-out. Receptionist were very kind whenever we have any doubts. ??

Very convenient and near to loads of shopping places
4 min walk to nearest 24/7 laundry! Only down side is u got go to 7th floor before u can take the actual lift to your hotel room floor

Lovely stay at this hotel. Location is superb, very convenient to massage places and main shopping areas. Lifts were fast and room is cleans and bed is huge and comfortable (pillow is a little to soft and flat though) service is good, staff are polite and friendly, and thank you for the lovely gesture for our wedding anniversary.. Will stay here when we go BKK again !

I enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. The location, ?amenities, food and most specially all hardworking staff to provide great service beyond measure! ?My husband and I appreciated the wonderful gesture to our make our stay memorable.
