I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The property looks very old and run-down. The rooms are outdated, not well-maintained, and not properly cleaned. For the price they charge, the quality is far below expectations – it's absolutely overpriced for such old and dirty rooms.
I booked a room for two people. I had my passport with me, while my friend only had a digital photo of his ID. Despite this, the hotel staff refused to let us check in. They showed no flexibility, no willingness to help, and were completely rigid in their approach.
To make matters worse, they refused to refund the booking, even though we were not allowed to stay. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this place – there are far better options in the area that actually respect their guests and provide the level of service you pay for

Hotelkamer Recensie:
Mijn verblijf in de hotelkamer was over het algemeen aangenaam. Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel en kreeg ik snel de sleutel van mijn kamer. De kamer zelf was ruim en netjes ingericht, met moderne voorzieningen zoals een flatscreen tv, gratis wifi en een minibar. Het bed was groot en comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust.
De badkamer was schoon en goed onderhouden, met een fijne douche en voldoende handdoeken.
Wat betreft het uitzicht, het was niet spectaculair, maar het bood voldoende privacy en rust. Het enige minpuntje was dat er wat geluid van de gang te horen was, vooral tijdens de ochtenduren wanneer andere gasten in- en uitgingen.
De locatie van het hotel was ideaal, dicht bij het centrum en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het personeel was altijd behulpzaam en professioneel.
Al met al was het een fijne ervaring en zou ik zeker overwegen om weer in dit hotel te verblijven bij mijn volgende bezoek aan de stad.

衞生还是不错，整体房间挺大，离nana广场很近，在这片区域属于性价比不错的酒店。在巷子里边，比较安静，早餐好像没有。
