I went with 8 family members, 4 rooms. The checkin is very superb, quick, no hassle at all. We got rooms on 8-9th floor as our request on high floors, because we are afraid of noise. The location is right in the middle of super crowded area where there are lot of clubs. On saturday night, the street was very jammed, and very noisy from the clubs. Sukhumvit 11 is a very crowded street with many hotels. Right in front is Mercure hotel. The hotel is clean, spacious enough, there's bathtub, hairdryer, even microwave. For the price, it's very worthed. Near hotel you can find a 7-11. No swimming pool. I didnot order bfast because i want to try local food.

I love this hotel, the room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The only problem was the bath towels were too thin and torn, need to replace new ones. In fact, the floor mat was thicker and newer than the bath towels. I had 4 nights here, on the first night the aircon leaked and accumulated a pool of water. It happened at midnight, so I just removed the filter, it had accumulated thick dust, so I washed it. Then I went to the reception to inform the staff on duty and asked for another floor mat. The next day, the aircon was serviced and it was fine. Overall, I like the service from the front office staff, especially one male staff. I asked for his name, he said just call him Thai. This hotel is located near Nana station, on a busy alley with restaurants and bars, nightlife location. I will definitely be back .

Good location. I like quiet. They give me 807 which is indeed quiet. They also merge two beds which is good for me. The cleaning person will come every day and replace everything which is also good. Nothing to complain about this place since it has good location. The desk is a little bit small if you need to use computer.
