这个五一在这儿住了两天。因打分高，所以定了这家。办理入住很顺利，房间干净整洁。酒店院子很大，餐厅的饭菜卫生且可口，所以我们这几天基本三餐都在这儿吃的。烤羊肉串每天必点。

上条已经评价了，不想再说了，讲讲我后来换的另一家酒店-汇众阳光，坦率讲，刚入住的时候也有热水和网络的问题，但和前台反馈以后，酒店经理亲自给我打来电话，首先表示歉意，并和我解释了出现问题的原因，并保证十分钟之内马上解决。后来很快问题都解决了，酒店还赠送了果盘表示歉意。山水一方的管理者，你们真应该和人家好好学学，看看人家是怎么做好服务工作的，怎么对待客人的，从始至终，酒店给我们造成这么大困扰，上至经理，下至服务员，有一个人和我说过一句不好意思吗？

糟糕透顶的入住体验！真不明白这样的酒店会是“星级”？！房间小，设施陈旧，老式电视，就几个频道，还效果很差！床单枕套毛巾等看上去污污突突的，洗漱用具好脆弱。网络基本没有！早餐品种很少。但要说野三坡这条件，也没什么。酒店最差的是服务，第一天下午，电钻音没完没了，投诉以后给调了另一边的房间。但第二天从中午一点半开始，电钻音又响了的，再次交涉，希望他们三点以后再干，酒店经理告诉我工程不能停，要不你换到一楼来（更为廉价的客房），要不你退房走人，奇葩的服务呀！奉劝各位，出来玩是找痛快的，别给自己添别扭，大家要选好酒店！
