酒店在白洋淀县城一带算是最好的了，适合自驾前往。环境优美，像是个公园。中餐厅饭菜做得很美味，价格又不高，吃得很舒服。但西餐厅很一般。早餐品种少，还要48元一位，不值。好些设施比较陈旧，羽毛球场居然没空调，打了十分钟就闷热得难受。

酒店在一个校园里，环境比较好，也挺干净，就是床小点。酒店旁边有个露天温泉（需另收费），泡泡还是挺舒服的。

供餐时间太短了，晚上8点就闭餐了，我们一家人只能开车出去吃。吃完饭回来，房间闷热，有蚊子不能开窗，中央空调又不给开，给前台打电话说会送个电风扇来，等了半个小时都没送来，又给前台打电话，告知开仓库的时候钥匙断了，还能不能再凑巧一点？十一期间入住率应该不低吧，怎么晚上就把中央空调停了？这酒店不能这样省吧！

酒店位置还可以，但是设施老旧，空调特别吵。服务差的就更不要说了，一直到两点房间都还没有收拾出来，没法入住，晚上入住后洗漱用品也没给备齐，结账很慢，错误百出，简直无法想象旺季需要等待的时间了！还有所谓的游泳池健身房等设施居然还都单独收费，怎么对得起四星级的价格！

很一般的酒店。房间设施较旧，住的房间门要使劲关、开才行，发出嘣嘣大声。冲凉房的灯还是和排气扇联锁的，想开排气扇必须开灯，亮着既影响睡又不环保，排气扇的声音又大。温泉服务很一般，连喝水的都没有。
