房间服务很细致。洗漱用品上档次。在保定最常住的酒店之一。这次对西餐厅略失望。菜品味道不如以前（热菜），餐厅服务水平下降中。住店就餐确认慢，限量菜品送错（重复送），用过的餐盘收拾不及时。引导员不专业。第一句话是你预定座位了吗？餐厅空着一半还多，没预定就不能就餐吗？

非常满意，在保定真的数一数二，而且很有服务理念，大堂办理完入住还有专人送到入住楼层，在国内不多见，晚上吃完晚饭还收到酒店贴心小礼物，很满意，我爸很喜欢酒店的夜奶服务，要了两杯，总之很满意。
