不错的酒店，服务很好，停车位虽然不少，但来酒店吃饭的当地人很多，到饭点儿就全占满了，只能等他们走了再开回来停，我们后来就选择不动车了，绿色出行。酒店离万博广场还是有一定距离的，不过酒店门口就有公交车直达万博门口，几站地也算方便。餐饮嘛，看来这家五星级酒店的中餐厅（保定会馆）和西餐厅都属于保定很气派的餐厅，所以过年来请客聚餐的人太多了，热闹（乱）的啊，完全没有了五星级酒店的清静雅致。西餐厅的自助餐中规中矩，顾客的素质和酒店无关，所以总的来讲还是不错的。保定会馆非常遗憾没有吃到，因为全是大桌，没有接散客的桌子，不知道平时是不是也是这样，也许是地方文化吧，只能认了。拒绝了餐厅服务员让我们“打包回房间吃”的建议，大过年的总觉得惨兮兮的，后来选择去万博广场吃的。总体来说酒店的服务态度是一流的，从门卫到前台到客房还有西餐厅，服务员的态度都很好，酒店提供的温馨服务也很棒（入住水果、冰箱里的免费饮料、晚安牛奶等等），总之就是自己去的日子不对，跟保定会馆有缘无份，哈哈。
