这是第二次入住卓正， 服务相当棒，第一次和第二次入住都是黄经理帮忙安排的房间，黄经理热情周到，酒店停车也很方便，挨着高速口，挨着万达广场，推荐大家入住

第二次预订之前，想问下可不可以帮忙打印，却被告知五元一张A4纸单面！我打了三个电话均是5块钱一张，可以接受比市面打印机高，但是高出十倍的价格太邪恶了！同等星级的酒店均是免费帮忙打印，真是开了眼了

We had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

离高速口很近，上下高速都很方便，
房间设施不错，入住体验感觉非常不错，环境衞生都挺好，服务人员态度很好，非常专业，都很到位，不愧是保定知名的大酒店。入住时礼宾主动帮忙拿行李，大堂经理黄晴服务专业热情，整体享受了五星级酒店的服务 ，下次来保定会再来入住，值得推荐。
