去过很多次卓正酒店了，一切都挺好的，在去卓正酒店之前一直不知道有个服务团体，叫金钥匙，后来和前厅的张浩接触多了，慢慢了解也多了，张浩说金钥匙服务群体是服务行业高水平的代表，可以帮客人办很多事情，而卓正酒店的服务也印证了这一点，见到的每一个服务员都很热情，面带着微笑。在保定真是屈指可数，以后一定会继续支持你们！

这次跟两位外宾同事在卓正住了5天，同事也很满意，没想到到保定出差也能体验到这么用心和完美的服务。早上下飞机就到酒店，预订房型没有干净前台漂亮的服务员，工牌上写的宾客关系经理，没看清名字，主动帮忙升级房间先休息洗漱，同事一直想对她说声thank you.小姑娘挺漂亮的，笑起来特别甜，要是个子再高点就完美了
