酒店服务很热情，早餐丰富。楼顶还有五个温泉池子，都是免费的，我晚上上去的，看着夜景，泡着温泉，那感觉真是美极了。

地理位置优越，离太白山特别近，很方便。早餐味道很好，一楼有个小孩游玩区，二楼还有台球，乒乓球，我去打台球了，感觉棒棒哒。还会再来。

客房服务电话很难打通的，早饭实在是寒碜到不行，服务员脸拉得比鞋子长，屋顶温泉就开了两个池，一个烫得下不去，另一个温度又不够

这是最糟糕的一次网上预定酒店，我们是奔着泡温泉来了，在前台问了，说酒店自带温泉吗？可以泡温泉吗？回答是可以的，说房间自带温泉，可以泡，顶楼还有几个池子也可以泡，全天供应热水。可是呢，晚上上去之后，顶楼只有一个池子有热水，而且环境超级差，卫生也超级差，我们500多泡温泉，可是尽然没有泡成。房间的温泉在阳台上，半封闭的，等到水接满了之后，就是温水，试问冬天敢在那里面泡吗？有图有真相，特别气愤。和我们一同上顶楼的三个人都失望下楼，大家只有自认倒霉了。
