艺龙网上公布的房间面积是46平，实际到店后安排的房间约20多平，床边离电视墙只容一人通过，而且房间有味道！近500的价位就给安排的这样的房间，房号536.问酒店后，他们的标间面积就没这么大的，都是25-30平左右。艺龙存在严重的欺诈消费者行为！！打艺龙客服电话，回复等他们的协调结果，至此无人联系我。随后酒店人员让我们换房间，问艺龙有没有跟我联系，我说没有，酒店人员说为了不影响我出行的心情，他们酒店免费升级一个豪华间，我不愿意换，要等待艺龙的处理结果。在酒店人员的热情下调换了房间。调换完房间，我主动联系艺龙客服，说他们在网上公布的房间面积跟实际严重不符、客服回复第二天会安排人去核实，7.16号退房后到7.18号没人和我联系。今天打客服电话、工号59953态度是我见过的客服最差的一个，竟然说不是他让我在艺龙上订单房间，是我自己定的，他们已经帮我把房间升级了，不承认他们误导消费这事，也没有进一步的解决态度！很可恶！呼吁大家以后别再艺龙上消费了，受气！人家又没让我们在他们网站上定，是我们自己要定的，有这样说话的吗？
