硬件和环境都很好，但参照房价来说服务就相差很远，给了钥匙之后再也找不到管家，自助早餐靠抢，基本上长时间保持一半盆子都是空的，喝杯咖啡靠前台打电话叫人来开酒吧的门，餐厅点餐基本不用看菜单，因为大多数都做不出来，只能有啥吃啥，想SPA打电话没人接，从设施上能看出来老板想法起点都不低，可员工培训酒店管理实在是要好好做一做了，不然恍惚间会以为来到了农家乐。配备全套厨具是一大亮点！
