设施陈旧，插板好几个充不上电！墙上有蜘蛛网，最吐槽的就是铝合金门，一拉到处漏气！容易夹手，孩子的手都给夹流血了！卫生间洗澡水不热！对不起一天一两千的房价！

元旦来到太白山，从携程订的这家酒店，下午从西安开车过来，很快办理了入住，有管家带着你到房间，占地面积比较大，房型也有好几种，放假来的人也比较多，温泉庭院独门独户，一个标准间，带院子，有独立的汤池，还有燃气灶，房间有空调，还有地暖，很暖和，温泉通知下午4点开始放水，我们想晚上泡，晚上8点多就没有水了，问前台，说温泉公司那边出问题了，一直等到11点也没来，第二天10点放了1个小时水，晚餐也在酒店吃的，假日人多，上菜偏慢。除了泡温泉让人很无奈，其他还好。

环境不错，就是房间里的冲凉水很小，，而且温泉水是要到下午七点后才有的，，吃饭倒是不贵，吃饭环境也不错，。
