Nice hotel, which is in a decent location if you want to visit Binlang Gu. The room was ok, small but enough for the 2 of us. Mountain View was nice in the morning.
The included breakfast was awful and something I regretted immediately. Limited choice of food and no water, tea or coffee offered. Very disappointing.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the park and answered our questions easily.

看到评分本来很担心。入住後发现担心是多余的。入住退房都还顺利。早餐品种不多但是很新鲜乾净。礼宾部送人的大叔和小哥服务非常好。觉得提前想客人所想。5星都做不到。

海南环岛游，换了7-8个酒店，这是最差的一家。完全是接待旅行社团队对的。一进门5-6个蚊子满天飞，厕所一股下水道臭味，水是黄色的，请问如何洗漱？放了大半个小时还是如此黄的水。晚上9点还有企业在团建篝火晚会的，吵到不行。

就在槟榔谷入口处，很方便入园。店内设施比较简单，很乾净。园区内游乐项目很多，玩得很尽兴。

客栈就在槟榔谷旁边仅400米的距离，方便无自驾车游客游玩槟榔谷，我订的田园房间正对槟榔谷景区，空气好，风景靓，後三张照片就是在房间门口拍的景色，可惜下雨雾气太大。前台和接驳车的服务员工作热情，态度很好，主动解释景区游玩内容，令我在景区内很好地领略到黎苗族文化风俗。开车小夥子不嫌其烦地接送我们，主动为我们擦乾车椅上的雨水。

这个地方可能是不希望大家再来一次的，周围基本没有饭店，景区里的饭店只供应午餐，小吃摊5点就关了，基本找不到吃的，後来问了一圈人发现了一个供给工作人员晚餐的地方也对外供餐，才找到晚饭，交通相对满意，司机都很礼貌。打扫阿姨早上八点来房间打扫，我们还睡着，没来得及应门，开门就要进来，我还没见过这样打扫房间的。总之感受不好。
