1，设施老旧，整体质感很差，很破旧、脏的感觉；
2，服务？温泉酒店，主打亲子，居然没有儿童浴袍，前台也很生硬，没有笑容，不耐烦的感觉；
3，大厅和房间的卫生虽然算不上好，但还过得去，可是晚餐厅的卫生简直离谱，这是大排档吗？除了菜品质量还不错，环境就别提了
4，位置不错，天然温泉带，直接在客房泡，这个值得称赞

太垃圾了，订错房间了都不能人性化更改一下，只是把大床房换双标都不可以。还要浪费钱多订一间大床房，打电话给酒店客服和艺龙网客服都说不行，网上特殊情况取消订单也取消不了。真是没有人性化管理，艺龙网垃圾，酒店也是一个样！以后再也不订了！

虽然是没有温泉的温泉酒店，不过泳池很棒，可惜没去游泳，拍照不错，酒店离车站特别近，设施也挺不错的，浴缸有一点脏，其他地方都很好，还有早餐和小礼物哦

没有温泉水。只有个大泡澡池。孩子还是挺喜欢的。早餐午餐晚餐都是高三低四的感觉。虽然独立再繁华区外，但是过条河就是繁华区了。离
车站近。离遛弯的地方近。
