这是第三次入住了～第一次带小孩～但是一次住比一次差～下午一到达酒店就联系服务中心过来清洗温泉池～到第二天退房都没人过来～打了好几次电话都没人跟进～最后自己动的手～第二天早上用早餐坐着吃早餐的地方还漏水～还领我们到那坐～等等等等～前两次觉得还不错但是这次真心差评～周末人多客服人员忙～但是作为五星级酒店～服务是因为忙而无法顾及不是借口～

特别好，说明几点，周五晚自助晚餐没有龙虾和普通海虾吃，海鲜就是给你吃点青口、小银鱼和小蛏子，其他连羊肉都少的可怜，自助餐人数不多，但需要一直等待。泳池不错，此酒店运营成本肯定极高，客服态度很好，也很适合带孩子入住。
