整体不错酒店风光也很美，温泉非常棒，软件服务方面需要提高，这个在三亚是一个短板，整体的服务水平都不太高相比东南亚的酒店缺少热情

奔着温泉酒店头衔来的:第一印象，进入大堂没有礼宾员接待感觉无比的寂静和被冷落，前台人多效率不错，办理入住快，房间卫生总体感觉不错，客房服务员不熟悉环境，一问三不知，康乐中心大姐姐服务不错给人感觉亲切，温泉泳池坑人，为的是温泉泳池来的，可是只有30公分的泳池写的是90公分的，没循环药味很重不达标，池壁，池底瓷砖太刺导致背，脚背都被划伤了，救生员只有一个，如果小朋友老人多了，，，，，

环境没话说了，房间真的很旧，雨林环境比较潮湿，但是房间毛巾真的很破，不太像希尔顿的样子，希尔顿逸林酒店虽然服务还好，但设施质量很低，其他也还好，早餐不错??
