酒店服务真不错、尤其是宋经理、由于遇到点困难、宋经理很耐心的帮忙解答、但是对于艺龙网来说我真的很气愤、自己的原因不假但谁能没点临时状况呢？订了四晚的酒店难道退两碗也不行吗？规矩是死的人是活的吧、之前一直很支持艺龙网、一点不通情达理、以后我不会再用艺龙网订任何东西

看了网上评论，怀着忐忑不安的心来到酒店一一环境很好！设施也不错！服务也没什么不好！性价比很高！不明白为什么有人差评酒店？也去相邻酒店参观了一下，鹤川还是蛮有优势的!
