环境还不错,服务态度也好，说好的房间里是温泉,一点都不像,野外的温泉水脏死了,本想爬山下来好好泡个温泉，但是他们家的温泉太让人失望了

说真的，这家酒店第二回来了，上次来感觉性价比不错，但是这次感受就不是很好，酒店设施的细节确实还需要提升，房间内的抽油烟机不知道怎么打开，问了一圈服务员都不懂开（这员工培育，哎）。浴室的花洒喷头没几个眼能出水了，水一会烫一会凉的让人很无奈。电视遥控器关不了电视。阳台的水池漏水。老板花了大价钱搞得好酒店，但是缺乏有效的维护和良好的员工培育。希望得到改善

早餐吃和服务态度不好，温泉和酒店设施还不错。服务员的素质实在是糟的吓人，同程预定好了还说让我慢慢等，至少20分钟，让小车给送温泉，给我说5分钟都不能等。这种酒店不适合度假，真心的。早餐过于简单，就稍微比普通的汉庭好一点。
