酒店设施比较陈旧但还算干净，只是凉台显得有点脏，蜘蛛网密集。周围环境非常好，闹中取静的一个地方。酒店绿化非常好，绿草如茵，古树成林。

园内环境很不错，东门离海滩走路2分钟吧，离碧螺塔公园和鸽子窝都不远，只是客房设施比较旧。总体来说性价比比较高。
